MeToo1234 Sat 09-Jun-eighteen 21:28:58

Has anyone successfully removed these annoying mankind coloured bumps or know how to encompass them?
I detest them. Information technology's all I can focus on and I experience similar it's all people see when they look at my face.
I'm not too ugly otherwise but I feel like these make me look awful and are damaging my conviction.

needyourlovingtouch Sat 09-Jun-18 21:29:29

I thought they were chosen millia

MeToo1234 Sat 09-Jun-eighteen 21:30:54

No, I think millia are easier to remove. These are larger than millia.

I accept these on my inner eye. I take tirelessly looked to get rid of them to no avail. Place marking. Would beloved to eradicate.

neveradullmoment99 Sabbatum 09-Jun-18 21:33:54

I was suggested Retin A past a doctor many years ago. Information technology did nothing. Seemingly they can come back besides sad

neveradullmoment99 Sat 09-Jun-18 21:35:21

..and what makes them worse is that they are on the eye and so a very delicate place for removal. I am with you on the conviction front end. I wearable my glasses because, working in a school, felt even more conscious of children asking me what the white bumps were sad

MeToo1234 Saturday 09-Jun-eighteen 21:37:31

I've various natural methods like lemon juice and coconut oil but either I'm not trying for long enough or it does naught anyway.
I detest them. I feel like they stand out so much. I effort to accept they are just a part of me just I'm failing. I'chiliad tentively stepping back into dating after a hard divorce but I take chickened out of going on a date because I think the guy will recall 'oh my goodness, how ugly!'

MeToo1234 Sat 09-Jun-18 21:39:23

My glasses would only magnify them more than, I'one thousand so blind! grin
Merely 1 child in my SEN class has always mentioned them and non in a negative way, but I feel they historic period me!

Mine are on my inner eye so aren't seen when I habiliment glasses. I hope someone posts some answers. I detest hate hate them. I take tried to employ concealer. It tin can piece of work ok on mine. Have you lot tried some heavy duty concealer?

neveradullmoment99 Sabbatum 09-Jun-18 21:45:xv

I have never in my life met anyone with this. Just me sad

I had 3 laser sessions for mine with a dermatologist last twelvemonth. He said he'd exercise his best with them as they are so difficult to get rid of. The sessions were a skilful 5 or 6 weeks autonomously and they took a long time to heal upwards. I was hobbling for quite a while but it looked more like night circles iykwim. My last session was in September and I feel they accept improved a lot. A few of the bigger abrasive ones are gone and a lot of the others have flattened. They haven't gone entirely and they will come back, I oasis't felt the demand to go back to him yet and so I do feel it's worked. I absolutely hated mine as well op, they were all I could come across in the mirror. Mine were all below my eye and some of them were too close to the eye itself to go near but one time the big ones were gone they didn't seem as noticeable.

As an bated Ive been using Retin A since last Sept. so perchance that's why they haven't really reappeared.

This is a picture taken a while dorsum. The cherry-red mark is acquired by my spectacles. I call up mine might really xanthelasma rather than syringinoma as they are not round but a strange shape.

neveradullmoment99 Saturday 09-Jun-18 21:50:26

I actually do non know what they are tbh.

cessie322 Sat 09-Jun-18 21:57:42

Some of mine were that shape although perhaps a little smaller. They were syringinoma. I went to my GP who referred me to the dermatologist and he diagnosed them. I idea they were milia for a long fourth dimension.

Could you go to a dermatologist?

MeToo1234 Sat 09-Jun-18 22:00:19

Xathalasma tend to be a flossy white/yellowish colour I call up so I think yours are syringoma.

cessie thanks for replying. That's interesting to hear. I also would be happier if just the bigger ones were gone then perhaps I should look into laser treatment for those. Could I ask what sort of cost it was to have the treatment?

MeToo1234 Sat 09-Jun-18 22:03:15

never obviously it's quite mutual simply I've never noticed them on anyone ense either. I have loads more than than you, on my eyelids (which carp me less as I dont see them with my eyes open, below my eyes and some just below my brow line.

neveradullmoment99 Sat 09-Jun-18 22:04:46

When I went to my GP they only looked at me as if I was an idiot! It really buts me. I would definitely become to a dermatologists. Also interested in price.

neveradullmoment99 Sat 09-Jun-eighteen 22:06:30

*It actually bugs me that should accept said.
Cheers Metoo. I have never seen them on anyone. I'm glad I have finally found someone that shares the same consequence!

cessie322 Sat 09-Jun-18 22:sixteen:33

I'thou actually in Dublin so I'd say it'south different pricewise. Mine was covered by my wellness insurance so I'd to pay for the initial dermatologist consultation which was about €150 (I was able to merits some back) and then the laser sessions didn't price me anything which I was delighted most.

That's and so poor with your GP neveradullmoment99. Could you ring and say that you want a referral to a dermatologist? I'm not sure how it works in the Great britain so don't know if that would be possible for you lot?

cessie322 Sat 09-Jun-18 22:24:ten

Not a smashing film as I've zoomed in (I didn't want to post my face!). This was straight later on the first session and the cherry marks are the equivalent size to the big ones. My eye puffed out a lot afterwards and was quite bruised but I did it the day before I went on holidays and then hid behind sunglasses and didn't wear makeup to let it heal. He only did i heart initially and was quite restrained, the next two sessions he did both optics and did a lot more then I was quite bruised after and that's what took a proficient while to settle.

This is my first time posting a moving-picture show so I promise it works!

MeToo1234 Sat 09-Jun-18 22:35:36

Thanks cessie, that's really helpful. I guess information technology's worth information technology to have them gone!
Never, it'south not something I'd highlight in real life either but MN seems to accept wealth of noesis then I thought information technology wouldn't hurt to ask.

cessie322 Sat 09-Jun-xviii 22:42:53

No problem Metoo1234. It was worth it and possibly the Retin A is keeping them at bay and I won't have to go back. The merely other person I've ever noticed them on is my dad, I arraign him smile
